Quick Update:

Please take into consideration that the following is in no particular order otherwise that would make me a huge asshole:

1) Blonde bangs are growing on me - guess I'm getting used to them.

2) Good friend Nancy is in the hospital with a severe case of pnuemonia. I just called her room - she sounded so horrible it frightened me and hasn't been able to see her kids in almost a week. Antibiotics aren't working and docs aren't sure what to do. While I'm sure everything will be fine, I'm worried about her.

3) Job continues to be mundane and boring. Need to break up with it.

4) Annual Paso-Party is literally around the corner and I'm almost jumping out of my skin with excitement. Wahooo!!!!!

5) New term in school just started and I'm already severely behind and hating the fact that I have homework. Someone, please remind me why I continue to do this to myself. Please. When people ask me how many classes I have left I robotically answer "five" because the truth is I'm just not sure and I just don't care anymore. I'm numb. Someone pay me the big bucks to use this fancy brain already.

6) No, I never got my sweater back. Stop asking or buy me a new one. ;)

7) I *have* finally found an independent coffee shop I like, thank you. I haven't been to the Walmart of coffee shops in over a week. I get lattes served with brown sugar in giant cups so I no longer spill on myself. Very cool. And, their espresso is way better than Starbucks. (Duh.)
