My little pony
I used to love My Little Ponies, not that my parents ever bought them for me. I watched the cartoon and I used to steal them from my friends who's parents bought them more than they ever needed. These horses were so beautiful and hello, they came with brushes! You could brush their pretty pony hair and watch them sparkle. But the thing I really loved about My Little Pony (aside from the song, which yes, I still remember most of) was the way they smelled. Mmmmm. That tasty rubber and caramel sweetness. Yum.
Anyway, that brings me to something else I'd like to share with everyone. My Little Turkey. My Little Turkey - my very first 13 pounder, cleaned and patted dry by my honey. We made it together, and can I just say that a family that cooks together eats together? It was perfecty golden brown and juicy delicious. Lovely and yummy.
Perfect - in every way, just like a My Little Pony. And that, my friends, is what the two have in common. That's probably all they have in common too, because our turkey was organic and free range, I doubt those poor ponies were free range.
