Water

I always knew drinking water was good for you, but i never had factual data to support my claim.

i love water. i drink about 3 liters, or 96oz, a day. and that's just straight water from my nalgene bottle, not what i consume in tea or juice, which does in fact count as water intake even though i've been arguing it shouldn't for years.

about six years ago i came up with a theory that water prevented cancer because it filters your blood. you know, helps dilute all the carcinogens and stuff. nobody believed me for years until they started posting study after study about how drinking water helps prevent colon, kidney, a gall bladder cancer. These are the obvious ones. I'm still waiting for the studies to catch up with what I already know: water dilutes the carinogens in your bloodstream and thus filters your blood and helps prevent cancer.

This does not mean that you won't get cancer; pretty much all of us will get it by the time we are 80 anyway, I think. But drinking water could help prolong the inevitable.

So get to it people! Drink your water already.
